EQ Killed the Radio Star

How Emotional Intelligence Can Crush or Crash Your Organization

Ever wonder why some people are so difficult to work with? Ever since we were in grade school, we have been asking questions like “Can’t we just get along?” and “If we could just work together, this project would be so much easier?”. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) in its most simplistic form is a way to describe the non-IQ forms of behavior in ourselves and others. Research has found that approximately 75% of a person’s success is due to their emotional intelligence, not their IQ.

In this book, Alan Vanderburg explores the connection between emotional intelligence, rock bands, and the workplace.  The book offers helpful tools and tips to create a better life and a more effective you.
