For more than a decade Alan Vanderburg has been an international speaker on Emotional Intelligence. His ability to simplify complex topics and align them to practical life applications has connected with audiences in America, Europe and China. His work experience includes HR consulting, coaching, strategic planning, and project leadership.
Over the years Alan has used the tool combination of Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience and the Deming methodology to improve industries such as manufacturing, banking, small business and government.
Alan has a Master's Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior from Southern Nazarene University.
